Artemijs moved to Copenhagen in 2012. Like many newcomers, he experienced firsthand how complex and confusing the housing market can be - not only for tenants, but also for landlords.

While building his path as an entrepreneur, Artemijs began closely studying the Copenhagen housing market:
how apartments are rented, where conflicts arise, why good tenants are often missed, and why landlords - especially those living abroad - struggle with management, compliance, and trust.
